The stunning views from Sinclair Beach Cottage are unsurpassed in the Puget Sound region. The waterfront property on the east shore of Sinclair Inlet is perched on a rare stretch of Beach Drive East where the homes are on the ‘waterfront’ side of the road. This quiet, beachfront community between ‘The Cove’ and ‘Rich Passage’ is known as ‘Waterman’. You will enjoy unobstructed views of the Olympic Mountains to the west, Agate Passage to the north, Bremerton and Port Orchard to the south. The Washington State Ferries pass throughout the day and evening, leaving a wake of cresting waves on the beach. You may see an occasional navy battleship or submarine leaving or returning to Naval Base Kitsap.
Waterfowl flourish with ducks, geese and seagulls frequent visitors. Seals and sea lions are very vocal and a very occasional Orca whale will make an appearance. Bald Eagles, Osprey, Blue Heron visit routinely.
